Entries Now Open for 2007 Annual Construction Industry Brand Survey

Vancouver, Wash. (Feb. 13, 2007) – Pacific NW Sales & Marketing, publisher of BUILDERnews magazine, announces that entries are now open for BN magazine’s annual 2007 Brand Survey. Builders, developers and architects in 10 Western states are invited to choose their brand preferences by entry form found in the print magazine or online. The study highlights respondents’ opinions on over 300 brands, representing nearly 250 manufacturers in 45 product categories. Results will be published in the July 2007 issue of BUILDERnews magazine.

The survey differs from national brand surveys, in that it reflects the preferences of builders and designers in the 10 Western states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington, where more construction occurs than in any other region in the U.S.

“The West leads the nation not only in building starts, but in innovative products and techniques, as well,” says JoAnn Hogue, the company’s publisher. “Whether it’s Green building practices or leading-edge architectural design, trends that launch in the West frequently set the stage for what spreads throughout the United States. This direct feedback from Western builders is very important to industry manufacturers.”

Qualified individuals wishing to participate in the survey may use the form located in the print magazine or visit BN magazine online.
