BUILDERnews magazine Expands Offices to Southern California

Media Contact

Vancouver, Wash. (Dec. 15, 2006) - BUILDERnews magazine, the nation’s largest regional trade magazine, has just announced the opening of a Southern California branch in Orange County. Serving Western states from the Pacific Ocean eastward to Texas, Colorado and Utah, the expansion is designed to facilitate the strong relationships that the company, headquartered in the Northwest, has developed across the region. President & CEO D.C. Curry is expected to divide her time between the two offices.

“Key to the relationships we enjoy today has been our hands-on approach with both our readers and our advertisers,” states Curry. “What we can do to increase their success is the measure of our own. So it was a very important decision to extend our availability to the many readers and advertisers we do business with in the Southwest.”

The company’s coverage expanded to include New Mexico with the January 2007 issue, bringing to 10 the number of states served. Also launched in that issue was a full-image electronic version of the publication, allowing readers access to the magazine at any time.
