Vancouver, Wash. (Dec. 15, 2006) - BUILDERnews magazine, the nation’s largest regional trade magazine, is pleased to announce the appointment of Misty Haley Bouse as senior editor.

With more than 15 years of media experience, Bouse brings a substantial understanding of marketing and editorial content to the magazine from the public relations, business-to-business technology and television media sales arenas.

A graduate of the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication, her work has appeared on billboards, TV, radio and numerous publications such as Green Living, Redbook, Willamette Week, The Dallas Morning News, The Orlando Sentinel and Oregon Home. She lives in Portland, Ore., where she is active in the community as a member of Willamette Writers and Hope4Schools. Bouse joined BUILDERnews magazine in May 2006 as associate editor.
