Freelance Writers WANTED
If you can see the story beneath the statistics, pursue the required due diligence on the topic, then craft a hard-hitting, relevant business article that speaks directly to our builder/architect/engineer audience, we want you. Must be able to brilliantly track varied leads and sources from the top on down-to report on business and marketing issues in a professional, compact, insightful and nitty-gritty manner.

Our readers are construction industry pros, and they know when you're not clear on your subject. Must be able to gain quick insight into the issues, display tenacity in your research and interviewing, and have a proven ability to extrapolate it into something relevant that informs our readers, not just entertains them. We pay for your expertise and insight, not just your time.

Experience writing about business, real estate, finance, legal, technical and construction issues is a plus. Lack of resourcefulness or a consumer-oriented tone is a minus.

Still interested? Send a sample of a published business piece to Misty@BNmag.com, if we like what we see and think we might have something for you, you'll hear from us. We offer nationally competitive rates, payable on article acceptance, plus bylines, interesting assignments that can forward your career, and a 200,000+ readership in print and online. No phone calls, please.
